About Trespass

Trespass Security handles third-party requested pentests.

Trespass Security LLC is a US-based, practitioner-led penetration testing company. We help organizations respond to customer and assurance requests with authorized testing, investigated findings, clear reporting, and retesting.

How we work

We keep the important parts clear.

Start with the request

We review who asked, what they said, which systems are involved, and what they expect to receive.

Test only what is approved

Testing begins only after the scope, agreements, written authorization, Rules of Engagement, contacts, and stop conditions are complete.

Write reports people can use

The report explains what was tested, what we found, the limits of the work, how to address the findings, and the retest status.

When the request is unclear

Start with the request you received.

A customer, auditor, assessor, or internal stakeholder may ask for a pentest without specifying the systems, test type, report, or deadline.

Trespass identifies what must be clarified, defines an authorized scope your company can approve, performs the test, and explains the results without exaggerating or dismissing real risk.

Technical work and communication

We make the scope, responsibilities, and limits clear.

Trespass is practitioner-led, with experience in application security, authentication, internet-facing systems, vulnerability investigation, remediation, and retesting. The work is serious; the communication stays calm and direct.

The requesting party decides whether the final evidence meets its needs.

  • Confirm what needs to be tested

We identify the business reason, systems, report needs, deadline, and open questions before writing the scope.

  • Keep communication clear

We document contacts, escalation paths, stop conditions, and how updates or material issues will be handled.

  • Investigate before reporting

Potential findings are checked against the authorized systems and relevant attack paths before they are presented as fact.

  • State the limits

The report says what was excluded, unavailable, changed, or otherwise limited so readers do not assume broader coverage.

US-based and US-staffed

What US-based delivery means.

US-based personnel review the request, write the scope, perform the test, prepare the report, review the findings, and complete the retest.

This does not by itself establish data residency or satisfy every personnel, location, citizenship, contracting, or handling requirement. Tell us about those requirements during scoping.

Next step

Start with what your customer needs.

Tell us who asked, what they need, which systems may be involved, and when they need an answer. We’ll make the next scoping questions clear.
