These terms apply to the public website. Reading the site, submitting a request, or contacting us does not create a client relationship or authorize testing.
The site explains Trespass Security and potential services in general terms. It is not legal, compliance, security, or other professional advice, and it does not promise a particular assessment, finding, certification, compliance result, or third-party decision.
Using the site, submitting the request form, contacting us, or receiving information does not create an engagement or authorize testing. Services begin only under a written agreement covering the approved scope, Rules of Engagement, authorization, timing, and other applicable terms.
The request form is provided for legitimate business inquiries. File types, sizes, submission rates, and access may be limited. Submitted information may be validated, scanned, rejected, quarantined, recorded privately in HubSpot, delivered to our internal business inbox, or deleted to protect Trespass Security, its providers, and other users. Only documents that pass scanning and integrity checks are stored in HubSpot or attached to the lead email. A successful submission does not guarantee a response or acceptance.
You may use the site for lawful, legitimate business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, probe it without permission, attempt unauthorized access, evade abuse controls, use automated means that disrupt service, impersonate another person, or submit harmful material, credentials, secrets, source code, vulnerability evidence, regulated records, or production data.
Trespass Security LLC or its licensors own the site’s content, design, and branding. Do not copy, modify, or use them in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.
We may change, suspend, or remove site content at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties. Trespass Security LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
